Information for parents
in effect from September 9, 2026
What this is about
You create a profile for your child inside your own account. The profile belongs to your account and you keep control at all times.
What is stored
First name or nickname, username, date of birth (encrypted), an avatar from our set, the language, and your child's lists and wishes. No e-mail address, no phone number, no location, no advertising identifiers.
Who sees what
The profile is never public and cannot be found through search. Lists are visible to confirmed followers or via a link. Your child confirms followers themselves; you see the follower list and can remove or block people.
Your controls
Pause the profile, reset the PIN, unlink paired devices, export the data, view and withdraw consent, delete the profile. After a withdrawal the profile is deactivated immediately and deleted after 14 days.
What you do not see
Reservations. If someone wants to give your child a present, it stays hidden from you as well. That also applies when you edit your child's lists.
How we document your consent
We store the timestamp, the text version, the method and a hash of your IP address. The confirmation additionally runs through a link sent to your own e-mail address.
